    Presenters Pamela Epley, PhD, and Jena Valdez, MS, Adjunct Professor, both of the Erikson Institute, offer practical guidance and strategies you can use to support social interactions, learning and development for young children with developmental differences during Covid-19. They will also cover the roles and responsibilities of the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs in supporting students with IEPs during remote and hybrid learning.

    Pamela Epley, PhD is an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of Special Education at Erikson. Dr. Epley has more than 25 years of experience in early intervention and early childhood special education. Jena Valdez is a special education teacher with a passion for teaching diverse students in a developmentally appropriate manner. She currently works as an adjunct professor at Erikson Institute teaching current and future educators working towards their Special Education endorsement. In this webinar, parents will learn practical guidance and strategies to use to support social interactions, learning and development for young children with developmental differences during Covid-19. This will also cover the roles and responsibilities of the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs in supporting students with IEPs during remote and hybrid learning.
