Sleep Training

Few childhood milestones elicit as much anxiety and exhaustion in parents as sleeping through the night, and rightfully so: If no one in the household is getting enough sleep, no one is happy! Sleep training your baby is an option, while other parents choose to co-sleep. Regardless of which method you choose for your baby, it’s likely that sleep issues will pop up again when your child enters toddlerhood, and even into elementary years (sorry to be the bearer of bad news on that one!).

Rest assured the NPN community will support you through it all with helpful tips via our video library (including a video about managing sleep during the first few weeks after birth), articles written by Chicago experts and parents, and advice from members in our discussion forum.
