Presenter: Dr. Debra Kissen is the clinical director of the Light On Anxiety Treatment Center and specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and related disorders. She is the author of the Panic Workbook for Teens and is an active contributor to The Huffington Post, where she shares information on empirically supported treatment for anxiety and related disorders. Dr. Kissen has completed advanced training in CBT for body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), including skin picking, hair pulling and nail biting. She also has a special interest in the principles of mindfulness and their application for anxiety disorders.
